Buyer beware!!! I ordered a cloud 9 mattress. The brochure shows this mattress with a bolster suitable for a caravan. On the rear you are to write the dimensions you want this mattress and whether rounded corners etc. No where does it state with or without bolster. I was supplied a solid mattress. I had to pay for another to be made correctly. This is false advertising and due to the fact I needed it was not in a position to legally fight this. Absolutely disgusted with both their attitude and actions take by their distributor. Will never consider supporting their business. Also I belong to a large Caravan group. They are all going to know about this!!!

I bought a luxury slimline single mattress through bcf , ABSOLUTLY nothing like the sample in the store , it's supposed to be a "medium" but it's actually hard as a rock , asked if I should add pillow top was told no it'll be very soft then . In my daughters words it's like lying on a layer of thin carpet on top of concrete . $700 of useless mattress ..... very dissapointed! Would never buy off them again

Bought a custom size mattress through BCF for our camper. BCF had no idea how to order. Went to 2 BCF stores. Finally ordered through BCF head office Received the mattress just in time for our trip only to find it so hard I couldn't actually sleep on it Have since bought 2 mattress toppers to make it usable but adds to the amount of stuff we take and defeats the purpose of having the mattress in the camper Cost us over $1000
